This recipe books sets out make available to cooks in the United Kingdom some tasty dishes that are made in other continents. We hope you will cook each on them once or twice and then adapt them to your own taste. Most people in the world never use a recipe book but learn from their relatives and friends. Favourite dishes are handed down generation to generation. In order to bring these recipes to you, we have had to write them down, and so we have had to be precise where we should have preferred to be flexible.
